In the fiercely competitive Dutch connectivity market, Ziggo needed change. More than a marketing shift, it was time for a mindset shift to re-establish credibility, confidence and self-belief.

a marketing shift, it was time for a mindset shift to re-establish credibility, confidence, and self-belief.
Ziggo reaches into people’s homes and connects them to the things they love. So, together with the Exec and teams across the business, we shifted the focus towards the emotional benefit, positioning the brand as 'The Everything Network’ / 'Het Altijd Alles Netwerk''. It's a connection that supports everything customers do, all the time, with complete peace of mind.

A network re-energised
While Ziggo’s product speeds comfortably meet people’s everyday connectivity needs, they were seen as less innovative than competitors. Our challenge was to elevate the brand in support of the business strategy and investment in the network. Our response: a new positioning and a fresher, more vibrant expression that’s switched on and ready to challenge the competition, inviting everyone to join in.

We’ve retained the smile and simplified and refined it for the future – reenergised with a new powered-up orange and light to express speed and entertainment. Before, it was inconsistent and over-complicated. Today, the identity radiates warmth and clarity. Contemporary, bold, premium and full of fun.
